At Grace, we are convinced that the best way to build up and extend the Kingdom of God on earth is to have every single member actively using the following three resources to the best of their ability:

Time

We all live according to a schedule. The difference between people is that some plantheirschedules and others don’t. But the truth is that if we don’t plan our time someone else will. As co-creators with God, we are charged by Him to make the most of our time because it is the most valuable resource available to us. How we use it will determine the direction, the impact, and the effectiveness of our lives, our walk with God, and our ministry to others.

Spiritual Gifts and Talents

We believe that God entrusts every member of the body of Christ with a specific gift-mix/talent to serve and build up the body in a unique and dynamic way. In no way do we want or need to be dependent on the gifts of a few leaders to carry the load. It is our goal to help each person discover and deploy what God has given him/her to ensure that God’s design is lived out and His purposes fulfilled.

Treasure

We believe that every person who is a part of the body should support its ministries financially. We do not believe in a universal tithe (10%) from everyone because we feel that giving must be prompted by the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus redefined the tithe with his teaching and in the way he lived his life. Our Lord did not give us 10%, he gave us his all. In order to become like Christ we want to make every legitimate effort to pursue excellence with the resources given us, because we are convinced that excellence honors God and inspires others.
